We’re looking for a passionate Motion Designer to bring life and energy to our brand and client projects through animation, storytelling, and visual rhythm. At NovaCraft, you’ll collaborate closely with designers, developers, and strategists to create motion systems that elevate our creative work — from subtle UI animations to cinematic launch videos.

Key Responsibilities

• Conceptualize and design motion graphics for websites, brand campaigns, and social media.
• Collaborate with creative teams to integrate animation seamlessly into design systems.
• Develop and maintain consistent motion styles aligned with brand identity.
• Translate static visuals into engaging animated stories and micro-interactions.
• Work with Webflow, After Effects, or Lottie to implement animations for web experiences.
• Manage multiple projects and deliver high-quality work on time.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in motion design, animation, or visual storytelling.
• Strong proficiency in After Effects, Premiere Pro, and Figma (Lottie or Webflow motion experience a plus).
• Understanding of typography, composition, and timing.
• Ability to balance creative experimentation with production efficiency.
• A portfolio showcasing a strong sense of visual rhythm and brand storytelling.
